… posts, that is! Hooray! Time ter celebrate with a new look!
So back in September, I started working on this little burrow of mine. Bumbling along, with no real clue about either WordPress or how to develop a website, I went ahead with no real plan or purpose other than to make meself a little home on the Internet.
I still don’t really have a clue about either WordPress or how to develop a website. But at least I like creating content in LOTRO, content that could certainly be displayed outside of the game as well. So over the months, this place has turned into a collection of all me in-game works, with some musings about what I do in the game. Hopefully someone else finds it fun to read as well. If not, I always took pleasure in tinkering with things!
Still, after so many months of stumbling along, me burrow was full of dust and lots of biscuit crumbs, so it was time with a thorough cleaning. A new theme has been installed, not least since me old one started playing nasty with me calendar. The Striking Theme has many options, and I thinks it makes the place look rather nice. Else, I chose a new colour palette for the burrow, inspired by the things I love most in the game: Crunchy golden honey oat biscuits and ice cold milk. Hopefully it is possible to read it still!
After some nips and tucks elsewhere, the burrow should hopefully be easier to navigate as well. I am sure there are a few snags and issues and errors around after the upgrade, though, so please send me a letter if yer run into some gremlins!
The only thing I would love is a little logo for the burrow, useful for the upper left header. A stylished silhouette of a hobbit lass playing the lute would be grand. Sadly, me creativity doesn’t run the course of making such drawings meself, so volunteers are encouraged ter step forward *giggles*. If yer do, I may write a song about yer!
Enjoy yer visit to the Biscuity Burrow version 2. Have fun, everyone!
